Veggie-Licious FlatBread
So, today my mother was starving. Like, all day, and in our house I’m typically the one that cooks. So, since she was hungry I figured I’d try something new. I had seen on other blogs and websites crackers and cream cheese with some sort of veggies, so I thought I’d try it! I used Wheat Thins Garlic & Parsley Flatbread.
Then I piled it with Weight Watchers cream cheese, cucumber, tomato, onion, and pickled jalapeno. The result = delicious!! I seriously loved it. They were only one point per cracker. (The cracker was 1/2 a point the cream cheese was 1/2 a point just be sure to use 1 tablespoon, and then the veggies were ZERO!!) It was totally filling and absolutely AMAZING! The only down fall, was that we didn’t have roma tomatoes, so I just used what we had.
