Fresh Strawberries with Lime Custard
Thursday, August 20th, 2009This was the most amazing dessert. I was a bit concerned when I read it, but it turned out great and is super easy!!
- 8-ounce container nonfat sour cream
- 1/2 cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 teaspoon grated lime rind
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice (I used one lime)
- 3 cups sliced fresh strawberries
So here’s what you do!
- Combine sour cream, sweetened condensed milk, grated lime rind, and fresh lime juice.
- Spoon 1/4 cup lime custard into a dessert dish. Then put 3/4 cup strawberries, follow it up with 2 tablespoons lime custard.
Makes four servings and is only 3 points. I would have taken a picture but we ate this up!
{You can use any berry that you want…and you can use lemon or orange rind and juice instead of the lime}
