A Weight Update

Wednesday, April 20th, 2011

I haven’t been posting many weight updates.  So, here’s one in case you’re wondering where I’m at.

This week I lost TWO pounds!  I couldn’t believe it!

My current weight is 235.2.  So, my total loss from when I began weight watchers is -2.6.  But, my loss from when I first started back at Weight Watchers is 4 pounds.  I am pretty proud of myself but I know I can do better.

Also, like I said yesterday my birthday is coming up.  My 26th year will be a year full of changes for me whether it is moving, to my mom moving, to graduating, and finding my first “real” job.

I’m not going to lie I am excited about all of these changes.  But, the one I am most excited for is the change that is happening within me, my weight loss.  I know I can do it, I have lost weight before.  I just need support, motivation and a little help from my friends.

Sunday, April 25th, 2010
Woo, I am currently 229.8, which means I am back on track for losing!
Starting Weight: 237 {This was from 3/7}
Current Weight 229.8
Weight Off: 7.2 pounds!
Here is a graph of my weight loss back from November.  I didn’t enter all my weights in, but it gives you an idea of my up and downs!

Get your own graph at skinnyr

As for this week’s goals, there are only a few:
  1. Track my food.
  2. Get 8 hours of sleep.
  3. Do Zumba
  4. Do 30 Day Shred twice.

That’s it.  This is the last week of school so the majority of my time will be spent on studying!

Breakfast…

Tuesday, November 24th, 2009

Can you guess what I had for breakfast?

I will give you some hints…

food 001food 002food 003Oh yes.  I did the ever so popular oats in a jar!  Look!

food 004I liked it.  It definitely wasn’t something I would do again though.  Well, maybe if there was less peanut butter I would.  It was a little too much for me and I couldn’t finish it.

Green Monster Attempt #1

Friday, November 13th, 2009
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 banana {1}
  • Pineapples {2}
  • 1 cup almond breeze {2}
  • 1 tablespoon flax {1}

I don’t like banana very much, and for whatever reason it totally overwhelmed the drink.  It was delicious, but not my thing  I will work on it some more!  What’s your favorite Green Monster?  I am going to check out some more recipes over here, and see what I can find!

Spaghetti Squash is AMAZING!!

Tuesday, October 27th, 2009

I am a huge fan of Prior Fat Girl and a few weeks she posted about Spaghetti Squash…and it looked absolutely amazing!!  So, a few days ago I picked one up and tonight for dinner, I had a feast!!

food 008It was absolutely divine.  The spaghetti squash was {zero} points, and delicious.

Here is a link to Prior Fat Girls post, and the only thing I did different was I used really lean beef and only 1.5 cups of spaghetti sauce.  So delicious.  And, if you are looking for other spaghetti alternatives, you can click here and Hungry Girl gives you the low down.
