I get by with a little help

From my totally wonderful, amazing friends who send me little gems like this :

I have just got to say. I am really proud of you for adopting a workout plan and taking the effort to stick to it (so far). Keep it up. It will be better for your overall heath and it will just make you feel amazing all the time (yes, even the days when it hurts).

That was sent to me on Tuesday, Day 1 of my intense workouts.  It really motivated me to keep going and to keep doing what I am doing!  It will eventually work!  I mean look at Ryan!  His story is amazing!!

Weight Update

Woo, I am currently 229.8, which means I am back on track for losing!
Starting Weight: 237 {This was from 3/7}
Current Weight 229.8
Weight Off: 7.2 pounds!
Here is a graph of my weight loss back from November.  I didn’t enter all my weights in, but it gives you an idea of my up and downs!

As for this week’s goals, there are only a few:
  1. Track my food.
  2. Get 8 hours of sleep.
  3. Do Zumba
  4. Do 30 Day Shred twice.

That’s it.  This is the last week of school so the majority of my time will be spent on studying!

Back to Training…

Monday, November 9th, 2009

Today I finally got back to running.  To be honest, it went really well!  I am still congested, but I couldn’t sit around the house any longer!  It was driving me nuts.  We just did the 2-1-2-1 again, which was easy.  I think it was the best we’ve done.  Tomorrow is the walk, and then Tuesday I will be on my own, so I need to get my playlist together by then!

Training Day 2

Today was an easy day!  For my training all I had to do was walk an easy 30 minutes.  The only issue I had was that it was raining, so I made do and walked inside!  There was only one casualty…my knee, I walked right into a chair…smart, I know.

Tomorrow is back to the 2-1-2-1 thing, I hope that it goes better than it did yesterday.

And, side note, I did not get to do my Biggest Loser dvd…I was too busy writing papers, studying for tests, and well, that’s about it.

Food 004For one reason or another I have always hated drinking water.  Before I went on my diet I was all about pop, Coke and Mountain Dew were my drugs of choice.  When I went on my diet I knew it had to stop…and it did.  I have cut out pop almost completely.  Thanks to these little on the go drink mixes I get my H2O in and don’t even realize it!

Now, keep in mind I still do drink regular water every now and again…but this is my favorite way to drink it.

Does it still count?

I think so.
