Chicken Strips

This was sooo good! I got this out of a Weight Watchers cookbook, but changed it around to make it more delicious!
- 1/4 cup dry Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated parmasean cheese (I used a light parmasean cheese that I got at Wal-Mart)
- 6 chicken tenders (I used chicken breasts and cut them into thirds)
- Honey Mustard or Dijon (this is used to coat the chicken)
- Cooking spray
So here’s what you do!
- Combine the breadcrumbs and parmasean in a plastic bag.
- Coat the chicken in the honey mustard or dijon then place in plastic bag and shake until the tenders are covered.
- Then stick the chicken in the oven on 400* until they’re finished!
These are only four points!! Yummy!!
