Eating Breakfast
Monday, August 10th, 2009My biggest issue that I’m having is that I am not a big morning eater and I love to eat at night. Take for instance now, I’m sitting at my desk with a perfectly good banana and have yet to touch it, but if it’s 10 at night, and I’m sitting there watching television, I will want to eat.
I know it’s important to eat all three meals, especially breakfast, but I struggle to adjust. I did however find a really cool article that gave Five Reasons {opens in a new window} why we SHOULD eat breakfast, and after reading it, I don’t think I will struggle anymore.
