Goals
So, I think it’s important for me to set goals and rewards. It’s something I have been thinking a lot about lately. You have to set goals that are reachable and rewards that will make you want to get there. So, here are my goals and rewards:
- 10 pounds – New shirt
- 20 pounds – New Jeans at Buckle
- 30 pounds – Ticket to concert!
- 45 pounds – {Half Way Point!!} Really good ticket to a sporting event
- 60 pounds – One Hour Massage
- 70 pounds – New outfit
- 80 pounds – Vacation {spot yet to be determined}
- 90 pounds – {I did it!} This is kind of personal for me, so I will tell you once I hit it.
